The Effect of Dental Treatment Perceived Risk of Choice Factors for Dental Clinics

Abstract
The purpose of this study is that the perceived risk of dental care dental clinics selected to analyze the factors that can affect. to achieve this goal the following research questions were First, the general consumer of medical services than the perceived risk would be higher. Second, the perceived risk of depending on the type of treatment will differ. Third, the higher the perceived risk of high, high, will lower the danger which is perceived with high and low cue. In order to achieve the objectives, A survey was conducted the study period, 2011 April 8 to April 15, total of 200 questionnaires were collected and 174 and 180 were used for the analysis. SPSS 12.0 program using frequency analysis, and survey items by internal consistency reliability test for Cronbach¡¯s ¥á coefficients, factor analysis, correlation analysis, the last hypothesis To test, ANOVA (one -way ANOVA) and multiple regression analysis was conducted. 1. Medical Services (M=3.523) showed the highest perceived risk, and consumer products (M=2.683) and necessities (M=2.195) that is followed. 2. As a result, items with high perceived risk to be greater in the group, but statistical significance was not found. Treatment according to the perceived risk to test the difference was not statistically significant in the analysis. 3. Regression equation R2 value is 0.410. 7 of the importance of dental health Organization recommended the importance of selection factors, the importance of well-known hospitals, the importance of price, the importance of the Internet, the distance depends on the importance of convenience, perceived risk variables that were significantly affected. Limitations of this study include over a longer time to analyze in detail whether any shape that represents the end of the time series does not have is that across the studies. Therefore, future studies targeting more cross members, as well as a study to examine the consistency over time, longitudinal research is necessary to be done.
